Hi Homemaking without Fear Friends – It is December 14th and I am 14 days post COVID 19 Infection and I’m BEATING it. I am Anti COVID Vaccine Treatment all the way and I am a nurse. I prefer a holistic approach. If you do too – keep reading!

It is TRUE that I got very sick from COVID-19 – I was not ventilated but it was close. . . I actually had COVID induced double pneumonia. Not everyone with COVID will develop pneumonia. I’m on oxygen at home but this is just temporary until my lungs can heal and the inflammation leaves my body. I DO NOT have the COVID antigen in my body anymore but is sure do have some HELLA-GOOD antibodies!!! I am WINNING the COVID WAR and YOU can too!!

COVID Prevention and my “Secret Sauce”

At the end of this post there is a printable “recipe” card. I have the “secret sauce” for beating an active COVID infection but it also works to PREVENT COVID. The only difference is you would not take the IVERMECTIN or the PRESCRIPTION medications until you had symptoms. All other supplements still apply. However!! The KEY to “secret sauce” and beating COVID is treating it early. DO NOT DELAY starting ivermectin especially. Get all other treatments going quickly too. Do all these things working hand in hand with your TRUSTED medical provider.

I have always considered myself a GOOD nurse – maybe even a really good nurse. I pay attention and I forget very little. I just survived (am surviving) Covid 19 and I am SPEAKING UP. I have always been respectful AND because I had not been sick till now never felt I had a valid voice. I have not said much about all the COVID controversy that keeps cropping up – yes I have by own beliefs and convictions and NO I DID NOT and WILL not vaccinate myself or my children. BUT the time for me to speak STARTS RIGHT NOW!

I am simply a mom who got COVID-19 and did a lot of things right and a few things wrong but SURVIVED the dreaded disease. I just want you to not be FEARFUL that COVID is an instant death sentence. Go ahead and spread fear and loathing elsewhere – No judgments or concerns from ME. It is not my place to judge YOU but I will say I don’t agree with you! The COVID “vaccine” is not for everyone. If I had more risk factors for COVID I would perhaps consider the “vaccine” for myself. For example, if I was still ACTIVELY working in healthcare as a nurse, I may consider it as I would be exposed a lot. . . We would never “vaccinate” my children for COVID even though we HAVE vaccinated for every other CDC recommended childhood vaccine.

WE are NOT anti-vaccine in the big picture of medicine BUT the risks versus benefits have to make sense for each individual. For us COVID “vaccination” DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. We do not believe getting a “vaccine” will help us or our neighbor down the road stay protected. We bank on PREVENTATIVE medicine and trust our God-given immune systems to do what they are designed to do!

Which all speaks a HECK of a lot louder than the ringing of that Vaccine Booster Gong – Go line up for your next one if you want to. . . I’ll be over here living my life!!!

GET A GAME PLAN NOW!!! – Even if you do choose to vaccinate, you may get sick down the road. Have a plan. So many that have been “vaccinated” are still getting COVID or at least the next big bad version of it. You have to be prepared for that!

Find a Doctor that aligns with YOUR convictions and will help you fulfill your treatment plan IF/WHEN you get sick. My BEST advice is to not be a pushover – advocate for yourself and tell your doctors what YOU NEED. BE ASSERTIVE – If they don’t get it for you – go to another doctor till you do.

Also discuss with your family who should be your spokesperson in case you get too sick to advocate for yourself. DO THIS TODAY. Get your last will filed and get your living will in order. Appoint a POA (Power of Attorney) and GET YOUR WISHES KNOWN IN CASE YOU CAN’T SPEAK FOR YOURSELF FOR A WHILE

Who do you have that can know your wishes help speak for you and support you? Write them down and sign it and take it to the hospital with you and make sure it is on your file.

Monoclonal Antibodies and Covid-19

I personally did not receive COVID Antibodies because I was a hospital patient but my husband who tested positive the day after me did get them.

These antibodies are synthetic, produced in the lab and are meant to mimic your bodies immune reaction. Because I don’t believe in the “vaccine” I am borderline with the Monoclonal Antibodies. I believe only GOD knows what he is doing with our immune systems and “synthetic antibodies” aren’t really in my comfort zone – BUT my husband and I discussed it and thought it best that he try the antibody infusion. He is a moderate to high risk COVID patient because he has high blood pressure and also high cholesterol.

Do your own research on this but it seems a promising, helpful treatment.

There are certain “Qualifications” or “criteria” to get the antibodies and I believe you must be considered HIGH RISK for out of hospital complications. Your local COVID testing site, ER or your doctor should know more about that.

Anti Vaccine COVID TREATMENT| My Holistic “DIY” Approach – I’m just sitting here breathing. Praise God!!!

Another thing to mention is if you DO get sick AND have a nasty headache that is resistant to treatment – see your doctor sooner rather than later for help. Covid brain swelling (encephalitis) is no joke! It’s like a massive migraine. Don’t ignore it like I did! I tried to manage the headache at home for a week – hydrocodone was the only thing that touched the pain BUT it also depressed my respiratory drive and is one of the things that caused me to end up being hospitalized. That was stupid on my part but I was desperate for relief from the pain. SEE YOUR DOCTOR EARLY if you get this headache. Steroids will help the brain swelling.

Why I ended up in the Hospital even with the “Secret Sauce”

I was at home for almost a week managing my symptoms with the “Secret Sauce”. I took ivermectin horse paste early on. I was taking al the supplements and was doing “ok” . . . it was the massive headache that got me into trouble. I didn’t treat it like I should have and it effected my respiratory drive. I had been monitoring my oxygen levels at home. . . my husband and I watched them gradually drop and made the call TOGETHER to go the ER when my oxygen saturations were consistently in the 80% area even though I was on supplemental oxygen. We had borrowed an oxygen concentrator because I knew I needed extra and thought it may help my headache. I was on 5 liters/min of oxygen and my saturations were in the low 80’s when we made the call to abandon ship at home and DRIVE to the ER.

My husband drove me and my children over 70 miles to get us to the Emergency Department. It only took him 40 minutes and he was a firefighter in a “previous life”. He knew what to do – he called 911 ahead of time and let them know we were on the road. He was speeding break-neck the whole way and I remember bits and pieces of the ride.

We had brought the oxygen concentrator with us and he had tried to plug it in to the inverter in the car so I could have oxygen during the drive. It didn’t work – the fuses kept blowing. Long story short – I went without oxygen for 40 minutes. I arrived at the ER awake but barely – my oxygen level was 63% when I was hooked up to the monitors. My best childhood friend happened to be on duty and I remember seeing her face at the ER door. She had a wheelchair and remember thinking – ” If I can just get out of this car and into Cassie’s chair I will survive.” I will never forget her voice and her saying “We can take if from here. Everything is going to be ok.” Cassie has never let me down. She has ALWAYS been there for me and she helped save my life.

I know all of this is hard to hear and doesn’t help you feel very fearless BUT I want you to know what happened. The reason I got so sick despite “secret sauce” is because I developed pneumonia on top of COVID. Pneumonia is a complication and possibility – I ended up with it but not every COVID patient will. . . a vaccine would never help prevent COVID pneumonia anyway. I got pneumonia during this whole thing but not every COVID patient will. If you do get pneumonia it is more serious but it is possible to fight it like crazy – desire to live and never give up.

The TRUTH they DON’T want you to believe about COVID is this: You don’t need the Vaccine to Survive COVID. You need a smart plan, you need to start treatments early, education yourself, appoint a representative that knows your wishes and can help speak for you AND you do need to LISTEN to the professionals that know what they are talking about (wade through all the BS and get yourself a competent healthcare provider). . . It is also very helpful to have a former firefighter husband but you can’t have mine. LOL!!!!

Ok let’s move on to the “Secret Sauce”

I am being “funny” when I call my Holistic Approach “Secret Sauce”. I’m a home cook and for some reason everything around COVID is so hush hush and “secret”!! Plus I knew it would get everyone’s attention if I called it “secret” sauce – everyone want’s in on a secret right?!

The thing that has bothered me the whole time with COVID is there doesn’t seem to be a CONSISTENT, RELIABLE quality source out there for COVID success. Healthcare providers are at each other at contradicting themselves and it’s just been like watching a train wreck.

Because I just went through all this I am going to take it upon myself to share the COVID treatment with you all. I am sharing not as “healthcare provider” or as a nurse. I do not give medical advice or “practice medicine” . . . I’m just a mom and I am your FRIEND and I am sharing what makes the most sense to me and what I have collected from various trusted sources.

I guess what I am telling you is I am now your reliable source.

Anti Vaccine Covid Medications & Treatment| A holistic approach – AKA The “Secret Sauce”

There is no “trick here with my “secret sauce”. This is a mix of good old fashioned practical nursing care COMBINED with frontline medicine approaches. I have collected all of this information over the last few months. If anything does’t make sense to you or you don’t want to do it that is OK. I believe it works best to combine ALL of this below BUT if you needed to add or delete anything – FEEL FREE TO DO SO. A couple of things on this list are unfortunately available by prescription only so you have to make sure you have a doctor on board that can get you the prescriptions you need.

  • REST, DRINK and EAT. It’s HARD but you MUST – pushing fluids is the hardest part. I didn’t loose my sense of smell or taste but I did loose my appetite. Fluids will hydrate you but also keep mucus loose. If you get too much mucus/lung gunk you will get pneumonia.
  • Take Aspirin 325mg once daily with food to prevent blood clots. An enteric coated aspirin is the best one and easier on your stomach.
  • Take Zyrtec (Cetirizine) 10mg available over the counter every morning as an antihistamine anti-inflammatory. Inflammation is the big bad guy with COVID.
  • Singulair 10mg daily (noon or evening). Helps inhibit cytokine release and also reduce lung inflammation. This is available by prescription only – talk to your doctor about this one.
  • Tagamet or Pepcid 40-80mg daily in 2 divided doses. This is an antacid but also helps speed oxygen exchange. Don’t take the more than 7 days at this high of a dose.
  • Melatonin 10mg at night (works as antioxidant and anti inflammatory)
  • Zinc 200mg daily (you can overdose on zinc – watch for tummy upset – nausea and vomiting) – I would recommended taking this high dose during cold/flu season only.
  • Vitamin D3 50,000 IU’s daily for 8 to10 days them resume regular dose of 4000-6000IUs daily- Vitamin D3 is an immunomodulator AND a natural anti-inflammatory. MOST people are deficient in D3 anyway especially in the Northern Hemisphere- YES this is a high dos of Vitamin D3 but it is rare to overdose on D3 AND it’s called “pulse therapy” – high doses for shorter bursts.
  • Vitamin C – 2000mg twice daily AND 1000mg at night. Overdose on Vitamin is nearly impossible – TAKE IT!!!
  • Quercetin 500mg daily – flavonoid, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic compound– (don’t take at the same time as Zinc)
  • Ivermectin 400mcg/kg PER Day X 5 days for active infection. Early use of Ivermectin has been associated with improved COVID-19 outcomes. Figure this dose based on your weight. Ask for help if you have the paste.
  • Albuterol in-halers and nebulizers for shortness of breath. Use liberally 
  • Budesonide breathing treatments twice daily (steroid breathing medicine available by prescription)
  • Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) Breathing treatment. – it blocks replication of SARS-CoV2 virus, inhibits cytokine release and improves human lung surfactant – This was one of the single most things that helped me the very most. My husband got this from a compounding pharmacy near us and was recommended to us by our Naturopath.

Be very cautious with zinc as these higher doses as it can cause nausea and vomiting —- reduce dose and make sure to EAT and drink lots of fluids. 

  • Don’t take vitamin C or Aspirin on an empty stomach.
  • Pepcid and Tagamet are best absorbed on an empty stomach 
  • Don’t take narcotic pain medication or any medicine that will depress your respiratory drive – even if your headache is terrible. Get better medicine from your doctor for your headache and body aches.

What to take as needed in addition to “secret sauce”:

  • Ask your doctor for prescription zofran (ondansetron) 4mg as needed for nausea or if you start to throw up. There are other anti-nausea prescription but this is a go-to for me.
  • Meclizine or Antivert is a motion sickness/vertigo medication and can be very helpful with dizziness an inner ear pressure/imbalance.
  • Tylenol 500mg WITH 200-400mg ibuprofen every 6 hours as needed for fever/pain/body aches (don’t exceed 2grams Tylenol daily!) – typically 4 grams of Tylenol in a day is fine BUT we don’t want to overtax our livers if we can help it!!! I find combining Tylenol with ibuprofen works better.
  • Keep an eye on your oxygen saturations. You should NOT feel terribly short of breath even with activity if you do not have Pneumonia on top of COVID. Oxygen saturations should be 92% or greater. If you are not maintaining proper oxygen levels you must be evaluated for complications.
  • ************DO NOT TAKE NARCOTICS – they depress your respiratory drive and can kill you in your sleep**********

Anti Vaccine COVID TREATMENT|Additional Items to “Secret Sauce”

Discuss these things with your trusted care provider –

  • Steroids are unpleasant and would never be a good idea long term – but in the short term are very helpful to get the inflammation out of your body. You may need a short term course of steroids for lung inflammation or headache. Talk to your doctor about these things.
  • A steroid Dose Pack like Methylprednisone or Prednisone is available by prescription only. They may be necessary for long Covid shortness of breath. Never stop steroids cold turkey. Most should be tapered or at least stopped after a very low dose therapy.
  • “Z-pack” or (azithromycin 500mg daily for 5 days) – available by prescription only – COVID is not a bacterial infection but can turn into bacterial pneumonia. Hospitals may treat Covid Pneumonia with other antibiotics but this is all controversial. I personally prefer a good ol’ “z-pack”
  • Hydroxyclorquine 200mg twice daily- prescription (talk to your doctor about this one) – you may not need this. I only took it once and it really isn’t part of my “secret sauce” even though early on it was showing positive evidence . . . I hear you can make your own hydroxychlorquine at home but I will have to look into that and update later.
  • Mucinex 12 hour in the morning with lots of fluids to keep mucus thin and moving. You don’t want the phlegm to sit in your lungs and get infected. You have to get it up and cough it out!! I personally think Mucinex is a good medication to keep on hand. COVID mucus tends to be quite thick and sticky so Mucinex may not always keep your cough loose and productive but if that is all you have access to – go ahead and get it . VIP breathing treatments to a BETTER job and controlling the mucus BUT if you can’t find VIP breathing treatments than Mucinex is a good alternative.

Anti Vaccine COVID Treatment – Using Ivermectin as Preventative Dosing During Times of Exposure:

I won’t get into the studies but Ivermectin seems to be playing a noticeable role in prevention and EARLY treatment of COVID. Go read about it if you don’t believe me because again – I am NOT here to argue. I have no interest in a debate.

If all you can get access to is the horse paste you will need to dose yourself based on your weight. A good doctor should be able to help you figure this all out. If not, keep looking till you find one that will help.

  • Two doses of 300mcg/kg PER dose given 72 hours apart 

I know people make jokes about “horse paste” and on and on but WHO CARES!? Farmers and ranchers have SUCCESSFULLY treated themselves and each other for YEARS with veterinary medicine. It is the SAME medicine that you get for people only it is usually WAY cheaper. . . just so you know I prefer my ivermectin horse paste in APPLE flavor. I squirt it on a spoon of applesauce and it goes right down. Yum Yum Yum!!!!!

COVID Prevention!!! – when an ounce of PREVENTION is worth a pound of cure

How to Stay healthy:

Masking. . . .

  • Ok let’s flesh this out. Wearing a REGULAR mask is helpful to prevent YOU from spreading viral droplets into the environment when you cough or sneeze. You can still GET viral droplets into your system via your eyes or if you rub your nose or mouth very easily, especially if your mask is not on properly or it gets wet. Therefore I don’t think a mask is terribly helpful to keep YOU from getting sick. You would have to wear glasses, a face shield and gloves at all times to make the mask make sense too. However it MAY help the spread of viral droplets. COVID is mostly spread through larger viral droplets. They settle out of the air quickly and land on surfaces. Current evidence strongly suggests transmission from contaminated surfaces does not contribute substantially to new infections. Wearing a mask everywhere and ALWAYS is not necessary BUT if you have an active infection it would be smart to wear one during your contagious period and isolate yourself for a time (14-ish days is the incubation).
  • Now let’s talk about N95 Respirators – Respirators. As an RN in the clinic I did Respirator “fit tests” for new employees. An N-95 is designed to prevent aerosolized or very fine viral particles from getting to you or getting out of you to the environment. HOWEVER an N-95 must fit properly and TRUST me they are a pain in the but to size and find one that won’t leak. If it doesn’t fit you might as well be wearing cheesecloth on your mouth. COVID is mostly DROPLET transmission. MOST of the COVID droplets settle to the ground via gravity before 6ft – some smaller aerosolized particles are there too but they do not travel beyond 6ft either. COVID is NOT considered “airborne”. It is kind of a mix BUT mostly droplet transmission. therefore a N-95 respirator is “over-kill” and ridiculously unnecessary. Well people should not have to wear masks all the time unless they prefer to or are immunocompromised. They should be cautions around crowded areas but be able to live their lives normally – WASHING HANDS PROPERLY and avoiding touching nose, face or eyes. PROPER cough and sneeze etiquette/hygiene is important as well. . . . Sick people should mask and isolate until they are no longer ill AND/OR TEST NEGATIVE FOR THE ANTIGEN.

People who are NOT sick should be left alone to live their lives – they can choose for themselves to wear a mask or NOT!

A Quick note on Quarantine and Isolation:

Isolation and quarantine CLAIM to help protect the public by preventing exposure to people who have or may have a contagious disease.

  • Isolation separates sick people with a contagious disease from people who are not sick.
  • Quarantine separates and restricts the movement of people who were exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.

NOW here is the question I have for your regarding isolation/quarantine.

It “MAY” help protect the public by preventing exposure to people who have or may have a contagious disease. BUT is the intrusion, distrust, riots, segregation, trampling of individual rights in the name of “public good, violation of liberty, marginalization of minorities, stigma and discrimination WORTH IT? I think NOT. I do not believe it is at all. BUT YOU DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS!


  • Drink lots of water even when you don’t feel like it – I like to put a pinch of sea salt in a glass of water and drink it every morning before coffee. (I JUST CANT DO WITHOUT MY COFEEE). Most of us live half dehydrated. I really like the flavor of LIQUID IV packets too.
  • Eat lots of healthy organic lean proteins
  • HEALTHY FATs – Omega 3 Fish oils, grass fed butter and cheeses,
  • Limit sugars – especially refined sugar – viruses and bacteria feed off of it.
  • Take vitamins -Vitamin b12 Quercitin, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3 especially in the Northern Hemisphere – align yourself with a naturopath and learn about your personal deficiencies and get them corrected.
  • GET LOTS OF REST!!!!!! – take sleeping pills if you have to. Not ideal but sometimes life just gets in the way keeps us away. Melatonin is a safe and natural option for sleep. That is my preference.
  • See a Naturopath and get your immune system Tip-top to start. I cannot recommend this enough!!!!!!

I will be taking full advantage of my Naturopathic Provider’s Expertise to get back on track with living to the fullest. I trust him completely and he treats people like a friend. – I HIGHLY recommend finding a Naturopath in your area to align yourself with. I have a feeling they will be ELEMENTAL in my full recovery.

  • Ozone Therapy with my Naturopath
  • Laser Lung Therapy with my Naturopath
  • Vitamin C and Mineral intravenous Transfusions (Vitamin B12 injection, Sea Minerals, lysine and zinc) – maybe I will do these weekly – they are expensive though!
  • Breathing Treatments (nebulizers and inhalers) – steroids, albuterol and iodine/hydrogen peroxide nebs.
  • Deep breathing exercises at least hourly.
  • Getting up to walk at least every hour during day. I can’t go far right now but have to get blood flowing and prevent blood clots.
  • Oxygen Therapy as Needed – I HATE that I have to drag oxygen around right now but I pray it’s very temporary.
  • Taking a really good probiotic!

Friend, the bottom line in all this is you don’t have to have a “vaccine” to survive COVID. Even my “secret sauce” won’t save you if God’s plan is for you to die tomorrow. God’s grace combined with my resilience got me through this along with the support of a few very talented medical providers and my devoted family.

I grieve for all of YOU that do not have family and support. I don’t know why Western Medicine wants us to believe you have to put this poisonous “vaccine” into your body then line up for more even though people are still getting sick and vaccine injury is on the rise. . . I somehow feel I have to apologize for the whole medical community even though I don’t agree with them.

I don’t do politics so I won’t even start. I just want YOU to feel better if you aren’t. I want you to have HOPE and PEACE again. I want our country to get back to the God-fearing place it is meant to be.

PRINT THE “Secret Sauce RECIPE” FOR Anti Vaccine Holistic COVID Treatment:

Covid "Secret Sauce"

Yield: 1 Healthy, God-Fearing Human Being.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID - STOP, take a deep breath. You are going to be okay. Get all the supplements on this list so that you have them on hand. Take all the vitamins and take Ivermectin early. Line out all the rest of the medications as best you can and make sure someone in your home knows how to help you take your medications in case you get too sick to take them yourself. Here is your COVID "Recipe" for thriving. No "vaccine" required.

If you HAVE NOT been diagnosed and are just looking to PREVENT getting sick during cold/flu season - Focus on rest, fluids, foods and the vitamins on this list. Rest, nutrient dense foods, no sugar, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Quercetin and maybe melatonin at night to make sure that you get rest. These are things we ALL need more of!

If you are looking for the post-exposure dose of Ivermectin it is 2 doses at 300mcg/kg per oral dose. Take dose TWO, 72 hours after dose 1. Feel free to add all vitamins and supplements to a post exposure routine.

  • Enteric Coated 325mg Aspirin every morning
  • Zyrtec (Cetirizine) 10mg every morning
  • Singular 10mg noon or evening (prescription only)
  • Tagamet or Pepcid 40-80mg daily in two divided doses (don't take longer than 7 days at this high dose)
  • Melatonin 10-15mg at night
  • Zinc 100-200mg daily (watch for tummy upset)
  • Vitamin D3 50,000 IU's daily for 8-10 days then resume your regular Vitamin D3 dose. 4000-6000IU's
  • Vitamin C 2000mg twice daily AND 1000mg at night
  • Ivermectin 400mcg/kg PER DAY for 5 days for active infection (discuss with your doctor)
  • Albuterol inhalers/nebulizers or both liberally
  • Budensonide Nebulizer Breathing Treatments Twice Daily (prescription only)
  • Quercitin 500mg daily (don't take at same time of day as zinc to avoid stomach upset)
  • Tylenol 500mg with ibuprofen 200mg - do not exceed 2 grams or 2000mg of Tylenol daily. Take for body aches, fever or headache.
  • VIP (Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide) breathing treatments (find a naturopath near you for this)


  1. Take all medications/supplements as described. Read all prescription bottles carefully.
  2. Make sure to eat and drink with medications.
  3. Discuss any need for any steroids or antibiotics with your doctor - sometimes secondary bacterial infections will pop up. (like covid pneumonia)
  4. Discuss the option for monoclonol antibody infusion and your risk factors/qualification criteria with your doctor.
  5. Cough and Deep Breathe at least every hour.
  6. Wear "Ted hose" or aka compression stockings to prevent blood clots and MOVE your legs (ankle pumps) at least every hour that your are awake.


Go to the ER for any sudden onset shortness of breath. Monitor your oxygen at home with a pulse oximeter. You should be able to keep your oxygen levels in the 90's - If you cannot then you must see your doctor.

    symptoms? Maybe you could list some if you have any suggestions? Thank you!

    1. Hi Yvette! Yes I would recommend printing the recipe card at the end of the post and taking all the vitamins and supplements. Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Quercitin, melatonin at night – note the high doses. The pulse therapies are important. I would also recommend aligning yourself with a Naturopath and making sure your immune system is tip top to start. Take care of any imbalances NOW. You wouldn’t need to take ivermectin or the antihistamines on my “secret sauce” list necessarily but make sure to get plenty of rest, avoid sugar, eat quality fats and proteins. Lots of fresh air too!!

  3. Prepare yourself for Covid and other DZ before you get it. Get your zinc and vit D3 levels where they need to be so you don’t have to take them when you have Covid. This allows you to take the specific Covid attack meds and avoid the nausea from taking too much stuff. There is a lot to take just with the Covid attack meds.

    Get your vit D3 to 60 or better (where 30-100 is normal range). You can test at CFVH for approx $25 just by going and paying and having blood drawn. No Dr. visit required.
    Also have your zinc level tested. You will need a provider order. See CostnerCare in Plains. He will help. Be careful with too much zinc. You can take too much and push trace copper levels down.
    If you try to take zinc with your Covid meds you risk puking all your meds. Zinc can make you nauseous.

    Once you have your zinc and D3 where they need to be, you are ready to fight Covid.

    Once you get Covid, attack it full bore. Don’t play with it. I did not follow this advice fully and ended up with a few hours of 102+ fever until I added azithromycin to my approach.

    I am not a provider I simply testify of what I did:
    325 mg aspirin followed by 81mg aspirin every 6 hrs starting the 2nd day.
    500mg azithromycin followed by 125 mg every 6 hrs
    50 mg hydroxychloroquine every 6 hrs
    1000 mg lypho spheric vitamin C every 4 hrs

    I used 0.5 mg /kg bodyweight per day.
    My calculation:
    180 lbs x 0.454 kg/lb = 82kg x 0.5 mg/kg = 41 mg IVM per day. (round up to 42mg/day)
    My IVM pills are 6mg each. So, I took 7 pills per day which would be a pill every 3.5 hrs.
    I simplified and took one 6 mg pill every 4 hrs.

    Course of treatment:
    Day one: Minor symptoms
    No meds
    Day two: minor symptoms
    Vit C
    Day three: minor symptoms and low grade fever
    Started aspirin, IVM, HCQ, Vit C
    Day four: more symptoms and 102.3 fever in night.
    Started azithromycin (this was a mistake. I should have started on day 3)
    Day five: Fever dropped back to low grade (99 degrees). mild cough, runny nose
    taking above meds
    Days 6: low grade fever. feeling ok
    Taking above meds
    Day 7: No fever to speak of
    Taking above meds
    Day 8 doing fine
    Taking above meds
    Day9 was able to do physical labor but slow.
    taking above meds
    Day10 was able to do routine physical labor on a plumbing job. Just a little weak.
    Stopped taking meds
    Day 11Experienced some chest tightness, so went back on meds but skipping every other dose.
    Day 12 stopped taking med routine

    Overall illness was pretty minor, but I did attack it aggressively. I am normally a minimalist as far as drug intervention. I have watched plenty of Covid and pledged to attack it if I got it. I did attack it and it ended up being a mild illness.

    Note: I had my own IVM, HCQ, Azithromycin, vit C. I ordered it online from overseas.
    I also have my own nebulizer.
    I did not need the nebulizer. However a friend with multiple comorbidities used it with budesinide 2x per day. He will use it for a month. He is also using prednisone. He has taken the same routine plus the prednisone and nebulizer. He has recovered nicely. Stop fearing Covid. Get ready for it and attack it when you get it. Live life.     1. Yes I’ll edit that it is IU’s for 8-10 days then resume regular Vitamin D3 (2000-40000Iu’s daily) typically.

  8. It’s so good to see you at home and I know you are glad to be in your. Ew home! My husband and I did get the vaccine but I totally agree it’s up to each person and no one should be judged. We are old enough to be your parents!! Everyone has a right to speak how they feel but not be judgmental. And someone who has actually been and are going through it certainly have a better perspective. I could listen all day about Covid but only someone who has experienced it can give better information. Do not feel like you have to defend yourself for your decision. Thank you for getting this information out. Those who have been vaccinated and may still someday test positive should be thankful for your information. Western medicine is wonderful but so is holistic. I just want to share what I did – right and wrong and what others are doing to survive this vaccine or not. I am not-antivax – I have had every vaccine there is and so have my kids. This COVID “shot” is more of a moral issue for me. . . the TRUTH is most all of us with eventual get COVID, “fully vaccinated” or not.   9. Hi Kassey, Thankyou for the helpful information. You mention not to take zinc and quercitin at the same time. Why is this, i have read that the quercitin helps deliver the zinc to where it is needed and could be taken together.

    1. so I need to clarify this in my post because it is confusing people. Sorry about that!!! definitely take BOTH but NOT at the SAME TIME OF DAY. zinc is hard on the tummy…. high doses like the ones I’m recommended can cause vomiting. Quercetin can also cause upset tummy in some people – I recommend taking one in the AM and one in the PM – just not TOGETHER!! I will clarify my post. thanks for the question.

Thank you for you “kind” comment. . . please consider the fact that the government vaccines which I assume you believe “protect” you are injuring and killing more people than we can imagine (THOUSANDS).Here is a PUBLIC HEALTH vaccine injury report for you to “enjoy” in your FreeTime- I find it interesting that they list the “side effect” of DEATH as “temporarily associated with the COVID-19 vaccine.”
    In Contrast, I am helping people have another option and AVOID death. People already are choosing to go it alone- I just want them to know that they have resources!!! YOUR opinion and choices are YOURS. I do not have to follow the herd and often choose not to. I choose to swim upstream and not rely on others to protect me. . .I had/have one of the worst cases and am ALIVE- we need to be sharing the good news – the news that survival is possible and we can do it without the government injection poison into our systems or turning us into “lab rats” and guinea pigs with their experimental “vaccine”
    . . . please by all means vaccinate yourself and those you love and I pray it protects you. . . GET the endless boosters that offer at best – temporary protection – but when you get COVID like the thousands that ARE getting it anyway please return to this blog with a better attitude and LEARN how to SURVIVE!
    This isn’t about ME or the “attention” I get – I prefer to fly under the radar and avoid confrontation but I WILL NOT STAY SILENT at the expense of my friends and family any longer.
